The Arrowhead Review seeks to hear the echoes of the past and feel their vibrations.

Arrowheads made of bone have been found in South African caves dating back 61,000 years. This invention was the precursor to the bow and arrow. While arrowheads and archery are not fixtures of modern-day life, if we look close enough, we can find them in the soil, we can see the trails they've left in the sky, and we can watch the innovation that succeeds them.

The Arrowhead Review seeks to examine the ripple of a stone dropped into a lake. We want to revel in the aftershock of shooting an arrow. Tell us about the arrowheads buried in your soil, or the furrow of the past pulling on the fabric of your soul.

Let it be unfiltered; detail the missile weapons that followed the arrow, the human tendency towards violence. Lean into love, using the fire for warmth rather than to burn.
